This lot has been repackaged with Sims2Pack Clean Installer and contains no hacks, careers, or unwanted/unneeded files.
All my files have been recompressed using DjSims'  *The Compressorizer* and are as small as you can get'em ;)
Without the wonderful  mesh creators/recolouring specialists I wouldn't be able to make great lots - I heartily thank you for your work!!!

description
Built as part of a competiton at Sims Crossing - theme - Vacation home. This is a live on houseboat, a bit grotty on the outside  but nicely decorated and done up on the inside, and of course its still functional ;) The groundfloor deck has kitchen,dining,lounge,study and outdoor deck (leading to the land).Interior and exterior ladders lead up to the 1st floor deck - a master bedroom,kids room and bathroom complete this deck,as well as more ladders up =)  The 2nd floor deck has the captains cabin and a recreation area including a timber hottub.
